About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has strong expertise in non-IT hiring, specifically across Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse & Operations roles.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, driving volume hiring, and partnering with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehouse & operations roles (mid to senior level).
- Source and screen candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, mapping, and market intelligence.
- Manage hiring for roles such as Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Logistics Coordinator, Dispatch, Fleet, Route Planning, Vendor Management, Procurement, Last Mile Operations, Freight & Cargo roles.
- Conduct initial screening, competency assessments, and interview coordination.
- Maintain strong pipelines for volume hiring and niche logistics positions.
- Collaborate with business heads and HRBPs to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) and strong stakeholder communication.
- Maintain dashboards, MIS, recruitment trackers, and weekly reports.
- Manage offer negotiation, salary fitment, and onboarding coordination
