Job Description:

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, campus hiring, etc.).

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.

- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling and feedback collection.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.

- Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding support for selected candidates.

- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring progress and metrics.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, etc.).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure with time management and multitasking skills.

- Good understanding of domestic and international hiring practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
