Experience : 2 years to 5 years

Location : Ahmedabad

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Mandatory Skills : Screening & Sourcing

Shift Timings : 6:00 pm to 2:30 am or 7:00 pm to 3:30 am

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Working experience with key processes such as talent management and recruitment for the US region.

- Sourcing profiles using different job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.).

- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms.

- Reporting directly to the line manager and acting as a point of contact for all internal and external tasks.

Skills and Requirements :

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in Non IT Recruitment.

- Experience in sourcing from multiple channels.

- Clear written and spoken communication.

- Proficiency in screening candidate profiles.

- Minimum of a bachelors degree.

- Technically savvy.
