Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Healthcare

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Doctor Hiring / Medical Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for Doctors and healthcare roles

- Talent sourcing through job portals, referrals, social media & headhunting

- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with internal stakeholders

- Maintaining candidate pipeline & ensuring smooth onboarding

- Managing MIS reports, offer negotiations & recruitment SLAs

Skill Set Required:

- Strong experience in Healthcare / Doctors hiring

- Excellent sourcing & screening skills

- Strong communication & stakeholder management

- Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple requirements
