What Youll Do:

- Partner with clients to understand requirements and design hiring strategies.

- Source, screen, and engage top talent using multiple platforms.

- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely, quality closures.

What Were Looking For:

- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn & other portals.

- Team leadership or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
