Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Gurugram.

The Recruiter will be responsible for:

- Identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment software

- Ability to assess and match candidates to roles effectively

- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Prior experience in a similar role within the technology or marketing industry is a plus
