Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms and networks.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment cycles.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring timely closures and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors/masters degree in HR.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
