- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Proven experience in hiring for a variety of roles (tech and non-tech).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
