Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical) Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Seeking a dynamic Technical TA Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the strategic partner to our product and technology teams, thereby helping identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our tech workforce and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive talent market. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles including but not limited to engineers, data scientists, DevOps, cloud, etc. - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms - Conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit - Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Consistent achievement of TA OKRs (hiring volumes, quality, and timelines) - Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies - Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies Requirements: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (technical background is a plus) - 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment - Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology - Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools. - Deployment of new-age AI tools and assessments in hiring - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with pleasing personality - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agility - Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical roles - Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interview techniques - Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives on campuses, platforms, and social channels What We Offer: - Competitive compensation and benefits - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge tech teams - Inclusive and collaborative work culture - Career development and learning opportunities
