Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Technology and Non-Technology positions. - Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, timelines, and job requirements. - Provide accurate real-time recruitment status updates and ensure timely closures. - Deliver a seamless candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process. - Source candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and talent communities. - Act as an advisor to business leaders on hiring trends and talent availability. - Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract talent. - Contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function. What You Bring - 2-5 years of recruitment experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools and platforms. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive mindset with common sense and practical judgment. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic talent environment.
