- We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Ahmedabad.
- You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent for our organization in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our market positioning as an employer of choice.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or any related specialization.
- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in Gems & Jewellery or related industries.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and techniques.
