We are hiring a Specialist Assistant Manager - Strategic Market Insights & Thought Leadership to join a high-impact global research team focused on the Technology industry. This role offers an opportunity to shape industry-leading research and thought leadership around AI infrastructure, semiconductors, enterprise hardware, data centers, and emerging technology trends.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional business research experience, and the ability to transform complex market intelligence into actionable insights for senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth secondary research across technology, semiconductor, enterprise hardware, AI infrastructure, and consumer technology domains.

- Build subject matter expertise on AI data centers, GPUs, memory, networking, edge computing, advanced chip packaging, and semiconductor manufacturing.

- Identify emerging market trends, competitive developments, and disruptive technologies.

- Design research frameworks and execute structured research projects from concept through publication.

- Develop high-quality thought leadership including research reports, whitepapers, articles, case studies, executive presentations, and client-ready insights.

- Analyze quantitative and qualitative datasets to generate meaningful business insights.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to refine research direction and deliverables.

- Create compelling data visualizations and executive presentations.

- Apply Generative AI tools responsibly to accelerate research while maintaining analytical rigor and independent thinking.

- Present research findings to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.

Required Experience :

- 6 - 9 years of experience in business research, market intelligence, consulting research, or thought leadership.

- Experience working with global or US-based stakeholders is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of the Technology industry, particularly semiconductor and enterprise hardware ecosystems.

Preferred Domain Expertise :

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas :

- AI chips and accelerators

- Semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain

- AI data center infrastructure

- CPU, GPU, NPU and heterogeneous computing

- Advanced semiconductor packaging

- Chiplet architecture

- Edge AI

- Consumer AI devices

- Supply chain resilience and geopolitical impacts on semiconductor manufacturing

Technical Skills :

- Strong secondary research capabilities

- Experience using research databases such as S&P Global, Factiva, Gartner, Refinitiv Workspace, or similar platforms

- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

- Advanced Excel skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools

- Strong report writing and presentation skills

- Familiarity with research methodologies including surveys, case studies, and industry analysis

- Experience using Generative AI tools for research productivity

Education :

- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology is preferred
