About the Role:

- As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and achieve our marketing goals.

- You'll be at the forefront of our digital communication, ensuring our brand message resonates across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Identify target audiences and develop tailored content strategies for various social media platforms (e. , Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Content Creation & Management:

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) for social media channels.

- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

- Plan and schedule social media posts to optimize reach and engagement.

Paid Advertising (Mandatory):

- Strategize, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for optimal campaign performance.

-Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc. ) to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Community Engagement & Growth:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

- Foster a strong online community and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.

- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and partners.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and campaign performance.

- Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing social media presence and ad campaigns.

- Utilize social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Google/Facebook Ads).

- Immediate Joiner: Ability to join us quickly is highly preferred.

- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Content Creation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to create compelling and engaging content.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Campaign Management: Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid social and search campaigns.

- Problem-Solver: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Creative Thinker: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative social media initiatives.

- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
