Specialist - SEO & Digital Growth

About the Role

Were seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Growth Specialist to lead and execute scalable SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and domain authority for Export Genius.

If you have a strong foundation in technical and content-driven SEO, especially across large, dynamic platforms, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement large-scale, data-driven SEO strategies for dynamic product/category pages.

- Develop and maintain a high-intent keyword strategy to maximize SERP visibility.

On-Page & Technical SEO

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver scalable technical SEO improvements.

- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve on-site SEO issues.

Off-Page SEO & Domain Authority

- Maintain a clean, high-quality backlink profile aligned with B2B relevance.

- Proactively improve domain authority and reduce toxic links.

Website Ownership

- Drive UX and performance enhancements with an SEO-first approach.

KPI Tracking & Reporting

- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to support business goals.

Preferred Experience

- Proven expertise in eCommerce-style SEO (faceted navigation, scalable templates, etc.

- Solid knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and site performance metrics.

- Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and content automation tools.

- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO techniques is a strong plus.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline preferred.
