Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

- Supervise, oversee, and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels (PPC, display ads, retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising strategies to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs.

SEO Strategy:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and SEO initiatives, along with SEO agency

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines to improve organic search rankings and traffic, along with a content writer.

- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.

Social Media Management (Supervise, but when needed, execute as well):

- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and drive user-generated content.

- Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and improve engagement metrics.

Content Development:

- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including articles, videos, and graphics related to Hair, Skin, and Cosmetic products.

- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and adheres to brand guidelines.

Customer Engagement( WRT Retain of customer CRM):

- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey, improving user experience across digital platforms.

- Develop retention strategies that utilise email marketing, personalised messaging, and loyalty programs.

Analytics and Reporting:


- Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Budget Management:

- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact.

- Track spending and performance against budget goals, adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaboration and Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
