Specialist - SCM Process Management - Materials Management

The role is responsible for driving the development, standardization, and optimization of global supply chain processes, with a focus on materials and warehouse management. The incumbent will serve as a bridge between business operations and digital transformation teams, ensuring system excellence, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Development & Optimization:

- Lead the design, improvement, and implementation of materials and warehouse management processes across global operations.

- Ensure seamless system functionality within the SAP ecosystem, acting as the first-level support for global users.

- Collaborate with digital transformation teams to drive implementation of new solutions and process automation.

- Support the creation and harmonization of label printing and documentation standards within the SAP environment.

- Participate in SAP system upgrades - including test execution, validation, and issue resolution.

- Ensure adherence to global process standards and facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination.

Project Management & Change Enablement:

- Lead and coordinate global IT / SCM projects, ensuring harmonized process implementation and global adoption.

- Drive change management initiatives and conduct user training to ensure proper system utilization.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, process maps, and training materials.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the SCM function.

Performance & Compliance:

- Monitor key KPIs and process performance indicators (e.g., inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, material flow).

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure timely corrective actions for performance deviations.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational compliance and sustainable process excellence.
