Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Director in driving strategic growth initiatives and strengthening customer relationships. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective sales planning, execution, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, customer management, commercial reviews, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales Director in executing the company's growth strategy and business objectives.

- Drive business development initiatives in targeted markets.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Track sales opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility.

- Develop business plans and assist in budget preparation.

- Coordinate and organize offer reviews with relevant internal stakeholders.

- Prepare competitive, profitable, and high-quality commercial proposals.

- Participate in steering committee meetings with customers (English/French communication may be required).

- Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs and performance targets.


- Support sales administration and reporting activities as needed.

- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives within the sales function.

- Prepare MIS reports and analytical dashboards for leadership review.

- Conduct periodic review meetings with technical teams on commercial matters and drive corrective action plans where necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Customer Management.

- Strong customer relationship management experience (diverse industry exposure preferred).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Working knowledge of SAP SD Module.

- Proficiency in French (highly desirable).

Preferred Profile:

- Experience working in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments.

- Strong commercial negotiation and proposal-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive structured review processes.
