Specialist - Sales - Medical Device

Experience: 3-5 years (preferably in Dental / Medical device sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell dental equipment and dental consumable products to dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.

- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to dental professionals.

- Build strong relationships with dental surgeons, clinic owners, orthodontists, prosthodontists, and key decision-makers.

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance.

- Ensure regular follow-ups with existing clients to maintain long-term business relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand territory coverage.

- Maintain detailed records of visits, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

- Support marketing activities such as CMEs, dental conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.

- Ensure proper after-sales support in coordination with the service team
