Hiring for a Sales & Marketing Specialist with an Industrial Machinery Manufacturing company.

Experience: 2 to 8 yrs.

Location: Bengaluru.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling industrial Compressed Air Dryers, Filters, and related accessories.

The role involves identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through strategic marketing and technical sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Identify and develop new customers in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, chemicals, food processing, plastics, and pharmaceuticals.

- Promote and sell Refrigerated Air Dryers, Heatless Desiccant Dryers, Heat Reactivated Dryers, and Air Filters.

- Understand customer applications, air quality requirements (ISO 8573 standards), and recommend suitable dryer/filter models.

- Prepare and submit quotations, techno-commercial offers, and tenders.

- Follow up on offers, negotiate, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain regular contact with customers for follow-ups, order updates, and feedback.

- Build long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with service teams for resolution.

Marketing Activities:

- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.

- Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars to promote brand visibility.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, emailers, brochures, and digital promotions.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting:

- Coordinate with the production and service departments to ensure timely delivery and installation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Maintain updated CRM data and sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma / B./ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, preferably in Compressed Air Systems, Air Dryers, Filters, or Pneumatic products.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of compressed air systems and components.

Knowledge of dew point, flow rate (CFM), and filtration standards.

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and customer-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
