We are looking for an experienced Risk Management Specialist (Oracle RMC Analyst) to oversee and manage the Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) module within our enterprise systems. The role involves designing and implementing security controls, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive remediation, and providing audit and compliance support. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management, GRC frameworks, and internal controls, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the functional lead for the Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) module, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Design, implement, and manage security controls, user access policies, and segregation of duties (SoD) within Oracle Cloud applications.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and control gaps within Oracle ERP systems.
- Collaborate with business process owners, engineering, and IT security teams to define and enforce risk mitigation measures.
- Lead the remediation process for identified control issues and ensure timely closure.
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence, documentation, and control reports from the Oracle RMC system.
- Develop and maintain risk management dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, exceptions, and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Monitor and maintain compliance with frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, or other regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on Oracle RMC functionalities, compliance procedures, and security best practices.
- Stay updated on Oracle RMC product updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance and compliance coverage.
- Work closely with Oracle support for issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 to 15 years of overall experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or GRC domains.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar GRC tools.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Security, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts.
- Experience with audit controls, risk remediation, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO).
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Financials, or EPM modules, with a focus on security and controls.
- Good knowledge of data governance, policy enforcement, and monitoring mechanisms within Oracle Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Experience in implementing Oracle RMC from scratch (greenfield projects).
- Certification in Oracle Risk Management Cloud, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
- Familiarity with GRC tools like SAP GRC, Archer, or ServiceNow GRC.
- Exposure to cloud security, identity management, or cyber risk frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with global teams.
