- Must have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on end-to-end tech recruitment (Heavy on Tech Hiring)
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle tech hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Prior experience in vendor management for recruitment and working with external hiring partners.
- Mandatory (Company) - Good / Well-Known / Well-Funded Product Startup only (No MNCs, Only India-focused Startups)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (Heavy on tech hiring), from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer negotiation process. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies: Utilize your extensive experience to devise innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
- Employer branding: Contribute to our employer branding efforts by showcasing our startup culture, values, and unique opportunities. Leverage social media and other platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Performance Management Support: Assist in the creation, implementation, and ongoing support of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring alignment with our startup culture and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support future hiring needs.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to recruitment. Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with recruitment agencies and external partners when necessary, ensuring a positive and productive working relationship.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition in a product-based startup
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in employer branding and implementing employer branding initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Passionate and have an entrepreneurial instinct.
