Specialist - Presales & Marketing

Description:

Pre-Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.

- Develop detailed technical and functional documentation to support RFP/RFI responses.

- Liaise with the product and engineering teams to align proposed solutions with the product roadmap.

- Conduct competitive analysis to position offerings effectively against market alternatives.

- Support pricing discussions and proposal development to ensure technical accuracy and business relevance.

Marketing & Lead Generation:

- Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the sales funnel.

- Create engaging content including case studies, brochures, and presentations highlighting product value.

- Manage digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and event channels.

- Track campaign performance and analyze ROI to optimize marketing spend and strategy.

- Coordinate participation in trade shows, webinars, and customer events to promote brand visibility.

Collaboration & Insights:

- Work closely with business development, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.

- Gather customer and market feedback to influence product development and marketing strategy.

- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, training sessions, and sales enablement materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- 48 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or B2B marketing roles (preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology services).

- Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and customer engagement practices.

- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting.

Preferred Attributes:

- Exposure to international sales or enterprise-level clients.

- Experience in digital marketing analytics and campaign optimization.

- Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to market challenges.

- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
