The Amazon Ads (AMS) Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Amazon to drive sales, visibility, and ROI. The role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of marketplace dynamics, and experience managing performance-driven campaigns for consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising (AMS / DSP / PPC) campaigns across product lines.
- Monitor Acos, RoAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and other key metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and audience targeting for maximum visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure listings are optimized (titles, bullet points, images, A+ content).
- Develop weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Amazon Ads best practices, beta tools, and new features.
- Coordinate with external partners or Amazon account managers for campaign strategy and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience managing Amazon Advertising / AMS / DSP campaigns, ideally for D2C, FMCG, or skincare/beauty brands.
- Proven track record of improving performance metrics and scaling campaigns efficiently.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central dashboards.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience in Flipkart Ads / Myntra Ads / Meta / Google Ads is a plus.
