Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with an eCommerce background to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be number-driven, have a strong understanding of CTR (Click-Through Rate) and ROI (Return on Investment), and possess extensive experience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. ) for eCommerce growth.

- Manage and monitor digital ad campaigns, ensuring optimal ad performance, targeting, and audience segmentation.

- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and ROI to make data-driven decisions.

- Drive continuous improvement and scalability of campaigns to meet business goals.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g, creatives, product teams) to align on campaign goals and strategies.

- Keep track of campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Maintain a keen understanding of the eCommerce industry, digital marketing trends, and competitor performance strategies.

- Ensure campaigns are set up to achieve measurable results and meet ROI objectives.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically in eCommerce.

- Strong understanding of key performance indicators like CTR, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Ability to design and execute campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Deep knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing and reporting performance metrics.

- Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
