Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and growth through Google Ads campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to develop, implement, and optimize strategies that maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact the company's ability to reach new customers and expand its market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to acquire new users and drive conversions.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various channels, including Search, Display, and YouTube, to improve performance and efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and performance marketing to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Google Ads campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of B2C marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads.
- Experience in SEM/SEO.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and effective time management.
