Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of #payrollprocesses, labour laws, taxation and statutory compliance in India.
- Experience in handling #payrollaudits, inspections and compliance assessments.
- Proficiency in #payrollsoftware and systems with experience implementing and managing payroll systems.
- Excellent understanding of #financialprinciples and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll calculation data.
- Complete ownership (end to end) of #DigitalHRMS Implementation.
