Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in Google Ads (minimum 80%) and have a proven track record of driving traffic, improving conversions, and maximizing ROI.

Candidates who have successfully handled ad budgets and driven business of - 40-50 lakhs are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.

- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.

- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation for maximum ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to boost performance.

- Use tools like Google Analytics to measure, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness.

- Build audience-targeted ads and implement segmentation strategies.

- Ensure platform compliance and follow PPC best practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Google Ads (minimum 80% expertise required).

- Deep understanding of PPC strategies and hands-on campaign execution.

- Experience with A/B testing and continuous performance optimization.

- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
