Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead to own and scale a fast-growing D2C consumer brand. This role demands a strategic thinker who is equally hands-on, with a strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the brand narrative, driving growth, and building deep consumer love across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & D2C Ownership

- Own the end-to-end D2C marketing strategy, including brand positioning, storytelling, and customer experience.

- Build a strong, differentiated brand identity across digital platforms.

- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Growth & Performance Marketing

- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention through data-led marketing initiatives.

- Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, marketplaces, and other digital channels.

- Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel metrics.

Digital & Social Marketing

- Lead high-impact digital, social media, influencer, and content campaigns.

- Collaborate with creative agencies, influencers, and internal teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

- Scale organic and paid social media presence to improve reach and engagement.

Customer & Consumer Insights

- Leverage consumer insights, data, and analytics to improve brand messaging and campaign effectiveness.

- Own customer feedback loops and ensure continuous improvement in the customer journey.

- Drive initiatives focused on customer love, loyalty, and advocacy.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Work closely with founders, leadership, product, and sales teams.

- Manage and mentor internal marketing teams and external partners/agencies.

- Take full ownership of marketing budgets, planning, and execution.

Key Performance Areas (KRAs):

- D2C revenue growth & marketing ROI

- Brand awareness & consideration metrics

- Customer acquisition cost (CAC) & lifetime value (LTV)

- Digital campaign performance & conversion rates

- Social media growth, engagement & influencer impact

- Customer retention & loyalty metrics

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have

- 8-12+ years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to D2C / consumer brands

- Proven success in scaling a D2C brand in a high-growth environment

- Strong expertise in digital, performance, and brand marketing

- Experience managing large marketing budgets

- Data-driven mindset with creative thinking

Good-to-Have

- Experience in startup / fast-scaling environments

- Prior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams

- Exposure to consumer insights, CRM, and marketing automation tool
