Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of learning programs within the organization, from needs assessment to post-training analysis. This role is critical to driving employee development and building a culture of continuous learning.


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Design, plan, and implement learning and development programs across various departments based on training needs assessments.


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training partners to organize and execute training programs.


- Manage the end-to-end process of learning programs including identifying learning requirements, scheduling sessions, coordinating with vendors, arranging logistics, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth execution.


- Monitor and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring timely updates and enhancing the overall user learning experience.


- Maintain a training calendar and track employee participation and feedback.


- Collect and analyze data to assess training effectiveness and impact, and generate reports to support decision-making.


- Build strong relationships with internal teams and management to align learning initiatives with business goals.


- Continuously explore and implement improvements in training delivery methods and learning tools.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in learning and development.


- Hands-on experience in managing LMS platforms and coordinating learning initiatives.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.


- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


- Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort working with data to measure program success.


- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
