Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design & Development: Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
- Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles and design thinking to create engaging, learner-centric content.
- Program Execution: Manage end-to-end program delivery including needs analysis, facilitation, logistics, and post-program evaluation.
- LMS Management: Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration, ensuring seamless adoption, content management, tracking, and reporting.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize learning analytics to measure program effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Facilitation: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs to build capability across teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest L&D trends, tools, and methodologies to introduce innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in designing and executing impactful L&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong proficiency in instructional design and facilitation to create engaging learning experiences.
- Hands-on experience in program management and LMS administration.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link learning initiatives to measurable organizational outcomes.
- Ability to use analytics for evaluating learning effectiveness and recommending improvements.
