Youll be pivotal in shaping our top-of-funnel successconducting deep market research to uncover GCC expansion opportunities, identifying high-potential prospects, and driving lead generation.
With innovative AI-powered tools and strategic outreach, youll fuel pipeline growth across global markets (India, US, Europe, APAC).
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Intelligence
- Analyze global GCC expansion trends, target industries, regions, and emerging opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and industry shifts to inform lead strategies.
- Build detailed profiles for decision-makers: CXOs, GCC heads, talent leads, etc.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
- to source leads.
- Combine insights from research with tools to craft targeted outreach lists.
Outreach Strategy & Execution
- Design AI-enhanced outreach sequences using platforms like ChatGPT, Instantly, Lavender, Clay, etc.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, personalization, and data insights.
Data Management & CRM
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM or structured spreadsheets.
- Manage segmentation by industry, geography, and role.
Collaboration & Handover
- Work with Sales Manager to qualify leads and ensure seamless handoffs for conversion.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as response rates and conversion rates.
- Use insights to refine research approaches and outreach strategies.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 2-5 years in B2B market research and lead generation, preferably in IT services, talent solutions, or GCC-related industries.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in lead prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, CRMs, and AI platforms for outreach.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong market research abilities, data interpretation, and clear communicating value propositions.
- Proactive Mindset: Able to work independently in a fast-moving, startup environment.
- GCC Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to GCC models (preferred but not mandatory).
