Area Manager Investor Relations

Location: Mumbai (Local Candidates are MUST)

Qualification: MBA Finance/ CA / ICWA/ CFA

- Prepare impactful documents such as Analyst feedback report, IR report, peer financial models.

- Macro assessment for Board pack and audit committee packs.

- Support the Team on internal/ departmental deliverables as required during the publication of quarterly results, AGM, and investor conferences.

- Analyse monthly shareholding data, maintain a database/Profile on institutional investors and analysts.

- Assist in the management and resolution of investor relations issues

- Awareness of Credit Matrices, debt services coverage ratio, DuPont ratio, DCF, EVEBITDA ratios.
