Position Summary:

- The ideal candidate will possess deep financial expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the NBFC landscape, with a proven track record of managing investor relations in a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust investor relations strategy aligned with the company's financial and strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Prepare and present quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and strategic updates.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and annual investor events to foster engagement and transparency.
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure timely and compliant disclosures in accordance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, and strategy teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in external communications.
