We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist - International Sales to lead the global expansion of our aviation solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B international sales, a solid understanding of aviation technology or services, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at airports, airlines, MROs, and aviation authorities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international sales of aviation solutions including software, services, and integrated systems
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target regions (airports, airlines, MROs, OEMs, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with key international clients, partners, and channel distributors
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions from our aviation product portfolio
- Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for global clients
- Represent the company at international trade shows, aviation expos, and customer meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technical, marketing, legal) to deliver seamless solutions
- Achieve assigned international sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay informed on global aviation trends, regulations, and competitor landscape
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide market feedback to product and strategy teams for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in the aviation or aerospace sector
- Strong understanding of aviation ecosystems (e.g., ATC systems, airport operations, MRO, FMS, GSE, or aviation software solutions)
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals in international markets
