About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Manager of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) to lead the management and oversight of our financial controls framework.
You will be a key player in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, managing compliance, and optimizing control processes across both the Finance & Accounts (F&A) function and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- IFC Management: Own the end-to-end management of the internal financial controls framework for the F&A function and business operations.
- This includes continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of control effectiveness.
- Documentation & Formulation: Formulate, update, and maintain comprehensive IFC documentation for the F&A function and business processes, ensuring all controls are clearly defined and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Compliance & Assurance: Ensure complete and continuous compliance with the established IFC framework across all relevant business units and F&A operations.
- You will be responsible for conducting regular assessments and audits to verify adherence.
- SAP Control & DOA: Manage and oversee the complete internal control and Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix within SAP.
- This involves configuring access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and ensuring the system accurately reflects the approved control environment.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting detailed reports on IFC compliance to the board and audit committee, providing clear insights into the health of the control environment and highlighting any key risks or deficiencies
