
Role Summary:
The role is focused on designing and advising on executive compensation, especially Long-Term Incentives (LTI) and stock-based plans. Involves working closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review LTI and executive incentive plans
- Advise on ESOPs, RSUs, SARs, and cash-based incentives
- Build financial models and simulations for plan design
- Present insights to CxO / Remuneration Committee
- Manage end-to-end rollout, assessments, and governance
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations
- Partner with HR & Finance for costing, provisioning, and reconciliation
Requirements:
- 10-20 years of experience in compensation/rewards/consulting
- Strong experience in designing (not just benchmarking) incentive plans
- Expertise in stock-based compensation (ESOPs, RSUs, SARs)
- Good understanding of financial concepts & equity regulations (SEBI)
- Experience in client-facing / advisory roles
- Exposure to Board / CxO level discussions
