Inbound Marketing Specialist (SEO)


About the Role:


Drive organic growth through integrated inbound marketing strategies with deep SEO expertise. Execute data-driven campaigns leveraging AI-powered tools, content optimization, and technical SEO to maximize organic visibility for SaaS clients. Work cross-functionally with content, product, and growth teams to implement search-first initiatives across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Campaign Execution:

- Develop and execute integrated inbound campaigns combining SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization

- Create SEO-driven content calendars aligned with buyer personas and search intent stages

- Implement topic cluster strategies and pillar content frameworks for authority building

AI-Augmented SEO Implementation:

- Execute keyword research using AI tools to identify high-impact opportunities

- Optimize content for Google SGE and AI-generated search features

- Deploy programmatic SEO tactics for scalable organic growth

- Monitor and adapt to algorithm changes and SERP evolution

Technical SEO Execution:

- Conduct technical audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and enterprise platforms

- Implement schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and crawl improvements

- Execute site migrations, URL restructuring, and indexation management

- Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance in tracking implementations.

Content Optimization:

- Optimize existing content for E-E-A-T signals and entity-based SEO

- Create briefs for AI-assisted content generation while maintaining quality standards

- Implement internal linking strategies and content refresh programs

- Develop landing pages optimized for organic conversion

Performance Analysis:

- Build GA4 dashboards and custom reports for organic performance tracking

- Analyze user behavior data to inform content and SEO strategies

- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics

- Generate actionable insights from search console and third-party tools

Link Building & Outreach:

- Execute digital PR campaigns for high-authority backlinks.

- Manage outreach programs using AI-powered prospecting tools.

- Develop linkable assets and resource pages.

- Monitor backlink profiles.

You are Fit for the Role If you have :

Agency Background (CRITICAL):

- Minimum 2 years in digital marketing agency handling multiple clients simultaneously

- Experience managing 5+ client accounts concurrently

- Proven track record with diverse industries (SaaS, E-commerce, B2B, Healthcare)

- Client presentation and reporting experience

- Ability to context-switch between projects efficiently

- Experience with agency tools (time tracking, project management, client reporting)

Core SEO Expertise:

- 2+ years hands-on SEO experience in agency setting

- Demonstrated organic traffic growth (minimum 50% YoY across multiple accounts)

- Proficiency in enterprise SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs mandatory)

- Advanced Google Analytics 4 and Search Console expertise

- Technical SEO fundamentals (crawling, indexing, site architecture)

Technical Competencies:

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics

- Experience with at least one CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful)

- API understanding for tool integrations

- Basic SQL for data analysis.

AI & Automation:

- Hands-on experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper)

- Keyword clustering and semantic SEO implementation

- Automation workflow creation using Zapier/Make

Analytical Skills:

- Data visualization using Looker Studio

- A/B testing and conversion optimization basics

- ROI calculation and budget allocation understanding

Content & Creative:

- Copywriting and content creation skills

- Basic design sense (Canva/Figma familiarity)

- Video SEO and YouTube optimization

- Podcast SEO understanding

Certifications we want you should have:

- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ)

- Google Ads Search Certification

- HubSpot Content Marketing Certification

- SEMrush/Ahrefs Academy certifications
