Description:
- We are seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Specialist Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring activities for the organization.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition across junior to mid-level roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build high-performing teams.
- This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and experience working in fast-paced hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, networking and talent mapping.
- Conduct pre-screening and competency-based interviews to identify the right talent.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey from first contact till onboarding.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, feedback collection, and final selection closure.
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or critical business functions.
- Track and report metrics such as time-to-hire, hiring costs, offer acceptance ratio and source effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources / Business Administration / relevant field.
- 2 - 4 years of strong hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Proven expertise in hiring for multiple functions and domains using portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong interviewing skills, negotiation skills, and understanding of job market trends.
