About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support and enhance our human resources operations. The role involves managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, driving engagement initiatives, and collaborating across teams to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance, and assist with payroll coordination.
- Support policy implementation, grievance resolution, and HR compliance documentation.
- Coordinate training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution of HR operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HRMS / HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
