Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition through hiring to ensure timely and effective staffing.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and collaboration with hiring managers for final hiring decisions.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, including orientation, training, and cultural integration for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with fairness and consistency.
- Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Promote a positive organizational culture emphasizing inclusivity, collaboration, and open communication.
Performance Management & Development:
- Lead the performance management cycle by setting clear goals, conducting appraisals, and delivering constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop tailored employee development plans.
- Implement and monitor programs related to career development, succession planning, and employee growth.
Compliance & HR Policies:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide counsel to leadership on compliance and ethical HR practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
