About the Role:

Were looking for a passionate and proactive HR Specialist with a strong foundation in employee engagement initiatives to join our growing HR team.

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to strengthen employee experience, drive engagement programs, and support core HR operations for assigned teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Experience (Primary Focus)

- Design, implement, and track engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and employee needs.

- Drive pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on actionable improvements.

- Organize events, celebrations, wellness programs, and other cultural activities across teams.

- Partner to align engagement with learning and development goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters.

- Work with managers to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.

- Support organizational changes, team restructuring, or role transitions.

HR Operations & Support

- Support onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in your aligned teams.

- Partner with internal HR teams on performance reviews, policy awareness, and recognition programs.

- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.

- Familiarity with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and ethical standards.


Key Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in HR - Employee Engagement, or similar HR roles.

- Proven experience in designing and executing employee engagement activities or campaigns.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels.

- Analytical mindset to interpret survey data and engagement metrics.

- Delivering training sessions, onboarding programs, and HR updates.

- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.

- Masters degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
