Your Role :
- Develop and maintain India HR operations processes and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for Global employee HR operations inquiries and issue resolution.
- Support Global employees with lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Support Global HR operations initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate with employees or manager on any HR Ops related documentation
HR Systems (Workday) :
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems, support configuration, testing, and system enhancements.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday through regular audits.
- Build and optimize Workday reports.
Benefits Administration :
- Oversee India benefits administration in partnership with the US-based benefits lead.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage enrollments, renewals, and issue resolution.
- Support audits and ensure alignment with global strategy and local compliance.
Data & Auditing :
- Analyze HR data using advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros).
- Develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and templates for stakeholders.
Required Experience :
- 5+ years of HR Operations experience, supporting India-based employees.
- Strong Workday expertise: Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to HR transformation initiatives preferred.
