Role:
- This role will manage critical HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, Performance Management System (PMS), Grievance management, while optimizing operational workflows and providing actionable insights through dashboards and data-driven strategies.
- Oversee all documentation related to HR processes, including employment contracts, background verifications, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
Collaborate with department heads to address HR operational needs, including employee transfers, promotions, and grievances.
- Oversee the seamless execution of HR processes and serve as the central point for HR data and analytics.
Desired Profile:
- MBA - HR with 10-12 years of experience in HR operations.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms like Keka or similar platforms
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for creating dashboards and tracking metrics.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, PMS etc).
- Familiarity with compliance regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
