Are you a people-centric HR professional ready to take charge of ground-level operations and employee engagement? Were looking for a passionate HRBP Specialist to act as a strategic partner to business leaders and drive high-impact HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to regional/store/warehouse leadership, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Drive employee engagement programs, performance discussions, and pulse checks.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, onboarding, and documentation.
- Conduct regular visits to stores and warehouses for audits, employee connects, and on-ground HR support.
- Support talent management and retention efforts by identifying challenges and proposing actionable solutions.
Key Requirements
- 25 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and engagement.
- Prior experience in Retail, FMCG, Warehousing, or Quick Commerce sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with on-field HR work (store/warehouse visits) as part of routine responsibilities.
