Specialist - Global HR Operations - FMCG/Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Global Payroll Operations & Projects

- Drive the implementation of global payroll strategy.

- Manage local deployment and roll-out projects of integrated payroll services (inhouse & PAAS - Payroll as a service)

- Global Payroll Governance, continuously improve the global payroll structure.

- Part of the project team for continuously improving SAP based payroll (H4S4/ EC Pay).

2. Global Time Management & Governance

- Drive the global rollouts and enhancements with SuccessFactors Time Management processes,

including shift management and integration with payroll platform.

3. HR Operations & Shared Services Management

- Manage end to end HR service delivery by implementing global tool stack.

- Implement global HR operational standards, SLAs and quality metrics.

- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives within HR operations.

- Deliver defined administrative services to local & group HR (e.g. Org. Data Management & Reporting's)

4. Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with global and local HR teams to ensure seamless alignment of HR operational processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, MBA/PGDM preferred.

- 6 - 8 years of experience in HR Operations Global Payroll or HR Shared Services.

- Experience managing global or multi-country HR processes is strongly preferred.

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors OR equal.

- Strong understanding of HR and Business concepts, perspectives and requirements.

- Independent and proactive project management for complex international multi-stakeholder projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

- Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards.

- Ability to drive process excellence and implement automation/continuous improvement.

- High attention to detail, operational rigor and a strong sense of ownership.
