Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic modeling.

- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and business trends to provide actionable insights.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and the board.

- Drive annual budgeting cycles including revenue projections, expense planning, and capex analysis.

- Conduct financial evaluation of new business initiatives, investments, and cost optimization opportunities.

- Support strategic initiatives including M&A analysis and other corporate transactions.

- Develop performance dashboards and financial metrics to enhance visibility and accountability.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and align financial targets.

- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities within FP&A.

- Assess financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Track industry, economic, and regulatory developments impacting business performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with active ICAI membership.

Experience:

- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A.

- Prior experience in healthcare, service industry, B2B, or corporate environments preferred.

- Experience working in multi-entity or high-growth organizations will be an added advantage.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work closely with leadership and influence strategic decisions.
