Role Overview: We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced EPM & FP&A Specialist to join our growing finance transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals who have strong domain knowledge in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), combined with hands on implementation experience in leading EPM tools.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role.

Job Title: EPM & FP&A Specialist (Immediate Joiners Only)

Location: Bangalore (On-site/Hybrid - as applicable)

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A and EPM implementation.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Hands-on experience with at least one or more of the following tools:

- Oracle EPBCS

- Anaplan

- OneStream

- SAP Analytics Cloud

- IBM Cognos/Planning Analytics (PA)

- Proven ability to manage or support EPM system implementations or upgrades.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of EPM solutions such as Oracle EPBCS, Anaplan, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, or IBM Cognos/Planning Analytics.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting needs.

- Translate financial and operational requirements into functional specifications within the EPM platforms.

- Analyze and optimize FP&A processes to drive automation, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to deliver performance insights to finance leadership.

- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements for deployed EPM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA, CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is a plus.

- Experience in the technology, consulting, or shared services environment is preferred.

- Prior involvement in digital finance transformation initiatives is an advantage.
