Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads, to achieve client objectives.
- Analytics & Tracking: Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager and analyze website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics.
- Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports for clients, covering advertising campaigns, social media, and other digital channels, utilizing tools like Locker Studio (Looker Studio).
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies, including regular posting and community engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Email Marketing: Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage audiences.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate campaign strategies, progress, and results to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Mandatory proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven experience in generating detailed performance reports using Locker Studio (Looker Studio) or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Social Media marketing and SEO techniques.
- Experience in designing and executing Email Marketing campaigns.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
