Description:


- As a Meta & Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max).

- A key part of your role will include ensuring policy compliance, managing G2 verification requirements, and navigating ad restrictions specific to the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:


- Plan and manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

- Build acquisition funnels tailored to borrowers, SMEs, CAs, and builder segments.

- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and loan conversion rates.

- Set up and maintain pixels, conversion APIs, and tracking dashboards.

- Create and test ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that align with fintech guidelines.

- Handle G2 verification processes and ensure all campaigns meet Meta & Googles advertising policies for financial services.

- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for cohesive growth campaigns.

- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly ROI reports.

- Run A/B tests to identify winning creatives, keywords, and audience strategies.

- Stay ahead of digital lending ad policies, RBI norms, and BFSI compliance requirements.

Requirements:


- 4-6 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads with at least 2 years in fintech/BFSI.

- Proven track record of lead generation campaigns in regulated industries.

- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Analytics tools.

- Strong knowledge of financial advertising restrictions and ability to navigate verification hurdles.

- Experience in G2/Google Ads financial verification & Meta policy approvals.

- Excellent analytical skills with expertise in data-driven campaign optimization.

- Ability to manage large ad spends while driving performance efficiency.

Preferred Skills:


- Prior work with loan marketplaces, NBFCs, or digital lending platforms.

- Knowledge of multi-language targeting (English + regional).

- Familiarity with SEO/organic growth synergies to support paid campaigns.

- Strong creative sense for building fintech-compliant ad communication.
