Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

- Work closely with graphic designers to guide creative requirements for ads, social media posts, and video creatives.

- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

- Create WhatsApp Marketing Templates for outreach and campaigns.

- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Perform SEO & SEM activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.

- Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, reporting, and improvements.

- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.


Qualifications & Skills:


- 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus).

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, Analytics tools.

- Good understanding of social media trends and content strategies.

- Creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, content writers, and sales teams.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
